Advertising the forum and blog

I only found the forum after a post was pointed out to me a while back. I did find the NCI website ages ago but personally found it hard to navigate and looked like it hadn't been updated for years. How about some little welcome note available to new residents that has the urls on it. All it would take is a small clicky box near the join group sign, perhaps the guidelines in a notecard and then "for more info go here" in another notecard together with surls of the different campuses.
Just a thought.

I thought that already existed or something like it?
If not we should look into it, it's a good idea.

Well it's been 6 months, all there is, as usual, is the little sign on one noticeboard which takes you to the NCI website. You can then find the forum but making it more obvious would be useful. Many staff insist we use the forum to give feedback but I bet the majority have no clue there is even a forum here.
